About the Ontario Haflinger Association
The Ontario Haflinger Association (OHA) is a community of Haflinger owners, breeders, and enthusiasts who share a love for this wonderful golden breed. Our goal is simple: to celebrate, promote, and enjoy Haflingers across Ontario.
Throughout the year, we bring people together through a variety of fun and family-friendly activities:

Ride & Drive Events: We gather a few times each year for social outings where members can ride, drive, and simply enjoy time with their horses and friends.

Holiday Social: Each winter we host a cheerful holiday gathering to connect with fellow Haflinger fans (no horse trailer required!).

Fairs & Exhibitions: During the summer and fall, members proudly showcase their Haflingers at agricultural fairs and events, introducing the breed to new audiences.

Futurity Program: Our futurity encourages and supports the development of young Haflingers, giving breeders and owners the chance to show off their rising stars.

Year-End High Point Awards: We recognize the hard work of our members and their horses through a province-wide points program that highlights achievement in a variety of disciplines.
