The Haflinger in Ontario
The Haflinger is a special breed of horse that captures hearts with its golden chestnut coat, flowing flaxen mane, and gentle, willing personality. Originating in the mountains of Austria and northern Italy, Haflingers were first bred to be strong enough for farm work and sure-footed in steep terrain, yet kind and versatile enough to be true family horses.
